Safety wall
Offer your customers burglary-resistant walls that reduce installation time and waste while increasing ergonomics for the installer.
Burglary resistant walls
Faster and more ergonomic installation
The demand for burglary-resistant walls and floors is increasing. To address this, ESSVE Innovation has developed ESSVE Safety Wall, a unique and patented system solution for burglary protection designed with the end-user’s safety in mind. This system meets both the demands and requirements for future installations of burglary protection while improving installation ergonomics, reducing waste due to its design, minimizing installation time, and enhancing overall cost efficiency.
The system offers a simpler and faster installation with multiple advantages for the installer. It saves 65% in labor time compared to conventional installations of burglary protection sheets between plywood boards—a time-consuming and labor-intensive process.

Mount with screws or nails
Through perforated holes in the steel stud profiles, a burglary mesh is installed within the wall. The mesh is available in two widths to fit stud spacing of cc450 mm and cc600 mm. The frame with steel studs can be installed using either nails or screws. The security rating is achieved within the inner wall, allowing for flexible choices of wall cladding. Boards can be mounted to the frame traditionally with screws or nails. For board installation with nails, a high-density board capable of independent joining, regardless of stud placement, is required. This is made possible with our Bondfiller joint profile, read more about Bondfiller here.
The system has been tested at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden) in Borås and is approved and certified for security classes 1, 2, and 3 without wall cladding, according to SSF 1047. Additionally, it is tested according to the European standard EN 1630 and approved for classes RC1 to RC4.
