Indoor nailing system

ESSVE Indoor Nailing is a patented system designed for non-load-bearing interior walls. It replaces traditional screwing with nailing, utilizing a high-density board and a specialized stud and track system with double-folded flanges for fast and precise installation.

Redefining interior wall installation

How it works

Drywall boards are joined between studs using bondfiller and then secured with a brad nailer, eliminating the need for screws. This not only speeds up installation but also enhances ergonomics by reducing strain on installers. With a single layer of drywall on each side, ESSVE Indoor Nailing meets all standard requirements for interior walls, including screw retention, while minimizing material use.

Why choose ESSVE Indoor Nailing?

By replacing screws and standard drywall with nails and high-density boards, the system offers:

  • Reduced installation time: Save valuable hours on every project
  • Improved ergonomics: Easier handling and less physical strain
  • Lower material usage: From production to transport and installation
  • Minimal waste: Joining boards between studs reduces cutoffs and leftover materials
  • Thinner walls: Replaces double-layer constructions, increasing usable space
